Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the castle, but in the Mansion we have 8 pet-friendly rooms, with an extra cost of 5 000,- HUF/ night/pet.
In the Mansion we can provide accessible rooms for our disabled Guests.
In our rooms and social places smoking is prohibited, Guests who smoke can only do so on the terrace.
Our prices include parking, if you want a parking spot, you need to contact the hotel prior to arrival.
For using hotel services, we charge a 12% service fee.
Children discounts: Dinner is free for children under the age of 4, and from 4-12 years we can offer a 50% discount from the half-board price.
Our hotel accepts SZÉP card, and has Heath Fund membership.
Our hotel accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Cirrus, JCB, American Express
Our hotel only takes responsibility for goods left at the Front Desk's lockers.

Arrivals and check-outs

The rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be left until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. On early arrivals or late departures, we can provide a luggage room as long as needed. (On arrival, the rooms might be available sooner than 2 p.m. but it depends on the occupancy and unfortunately, there is no way of telling it days before arrival.)

Depending on occupancy, our Guest can ask for late check-out for a 4 000,- HUF/ person price and it includes the usage of the welness area until 5 p.m.

Guests arriving by train or by bus we provide transfer by prior arrangement, upon request, for a fee, to a local bus or train station.


Guarantee your booking

Our hotel requests a guarantee of your booking in one of the following ways:

  • Guarantee your booking with paying in advance:
    Paying a 50% advance of the price of the stay. Along with the confirmation e-mail we send the advance payment request, so you can start the transfer.
  • Credit Card guarantee
    You can guarantee your booking with giving your credit card details ( owner, number, validity, CVV and CVC code (3 digit code on the upper right corner of the signature panel) ).
    If you wish to give your details on telephone, please contact us and we will call you.


We only need your card details to guarantee the booking, we will not do any prior charges. If a Guest does not show up on the day of the arrival („no-show”) és the booking has not been cancelled before, we will request a penalty fee stated in the Cancellation Policy. When booking, please indicate which method is more suitable for you. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 5 days before arrival. Kiemelt időszakok, illetve egyedi csomagok esetében a lemondási feltételek ettől eltérhetnek. In some packages and during high season we may charge a cancellation fee.

The meals' order can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the actual service. To determine times, for Lunch we use 11 a.m. and for dinner we use 5 p.m.


Cancellation fee

Cancellation between 5-2 days before original arrival date: 1 night shall be paid from the total price. Cancellation 1 day before original arrival date or „no show” : the individual will be charged with the full price of hotel services and nights.
