Terms & Conditions
Guarantee:
In case of booking you should guarantee you reservation as follows:
- 50% prepayment by bank transfer OR
- you can give your credit card details (name of the holder, number of the card, validity date and CVV code) to guarantee your reservation. We need your card details only to guarantee your reservation; we are not going to charge it in advance.
Cancellation services:
In case of individual orders, all services can be cancelled for free up to the fifth day before the planned arrival. This may vary during peak periods or concerning individual packages.
When booking more than 10 suites in one reservation, the deadline for canceling the order shifts to 21 days. The Hotel must receive the renouncement by the given date.
The deadline for renouncement of hall reservations is 21 days.
Any modification or cancels regarding catering can be made without financial penalty 24 hours before the given time point. Disregarding the exact time of the orders, the time points are taken as 11:00 a.m. in case of lunch and 17:00 p.m. in case of dinner.
Cancellation fee:
For renouncements received within 5 days, but 2 days before the planned arrival, 1 day’s costs are to be paid as renouncement fee, in case of ordering a package, the costs of one day according to package price is required.
For renouncements received less than 2 days before arrival, or in case of „no show”, the guest is obliged to pay all the costs of the reservation as a renouncement fee.
When reserving a hall, for renouncements received 21 days before, the costs for one day reservation will be counted.
As for catering, modifications or renouncements received less than 24 hours before, or in case of no renouncements, 100% of the price of the cancelled meal without drinks is to be payed.
