Recipe of a good kitchen – as how important the details are
Since I spend my whole time in the kitchen I often be asked what makes a kitchen "good".
My answer is always three simple words, but working them out is a bigger exercise. The three words are: good ingredients, proficience and cheer. With one year later of the hotel's opening and after the difficulties of beginning, I'm glad to tell I've managed to find all these three components here.
Our team are able to work together in a good mood and we work with the latest and professional technology of kitchen side by side to our own knowledge to solve also such as requests which seem to be impossible.
The perfect hungarian ingredients are also at our service in case our guests can get the freshest and best dishes. For example the fresh trout is available from the local farm and the tasty truffle is provided by the moutain of Bükk.
I could keep on counting the specialities, but I think it would be better to everyone to experience itself what I' ve mentioned in these few rows.
